As a native of Williamson County, Sandra knows Middle Tennesse better than any other.  If you are moving to Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, Nolensville, College Grove, Leiper's Fork,  Brentwood, or any where in between, you should use the real estate professioal who grew up here.

Sandra, with her down to earth values and hometown roots, enjoys living the "country life" on the farm where her family has lived for five generations.  Neighbors in her hometown of College Grove are accustomed to the sight of her in overalls riding "Daddy's" 8N Ford "Red Belly" tractor.  Spring is always a favorite time when Mother Nature brings daily surprises of new arrivals.  One of Sandra's personal passions is the ongoing restoration of her family's 1843 homeplace.


As a parent, Sandra is the proud mother of two daughters.  Jenny, with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Middle Tennessee State University.  She is married, the mother of one child, and joins Sandra in the real estate industry as the Director of Marketing and Client Care for Sandra Hill Homes.  Shelly, the younger daughter, attends East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN.  She is actively pursuing an undergraduate degree.  Emma, a precious 6 year-old, kindergartener at College Grove Elementary, is the grandest granddaughter of all!!!
